Mach3 - Motor tuning blocca il pc...

Chiedo cortesemente un aiuto.
Appena seleziono dal menù di mach3 l'opzione motor tuning mi si blocca il pc...
Non posso fare più niente e devo riavviare. (uso win xp con due porte parallele)

Ho provato a fare le cose più semplici (macchina appena formattata - nessun altro programma oltre il mach3 ecc) ma invano...
L'unica coa che sono riuscito ad ottenere è il funzionamento dell'opzione motor tuning la prima volta (cioè la prima volta funziona ma se poi vado a ricliccare su motor tuning si blocca tutto).

Prima di continuare a far prove vorrei sapere se per caso ci può essere la possibilità che vada in conflitto qualcosa per errori non hardware (cioè che cerco di configurare per errore qualcosa che è impossibile e per questo il pc si blocca...)

I seem to remember a possible cause of such behaviour (not opening dialog
boxes) could be an incompatible plugin. Do you have anything in the plugins
directory (C:\Mach3\plugins\) ?

If so, try deleting everything there and try again. Or, if you're up for it,
delete one at a time to see which one (if any) is causing the problem.

Just adding some personal experience here. I have a computer I use daily that has had the same windows shut down issue you mention, I finally restored it to a point before the last 3 windows updates for Win 7 and all has been fine. I believe one of those updates was creating the problem

I just installed a new(refurbished HP) computer on a new router set up I will be running, with a fresh Win 7 32bit instal from disc, and have not found any issues so far. But I do not allow internet/update to any machine computers.

( my mill unit is running win 98 disk instal from 6 yrs ago and has never been updated, even my mach 3 is about the same vintage and never updated) (for what I do on the mill all works fine, and I am a staunch "if it aint broke don't fix it" believer)

My thoughts are, if your machines have any updates, it would be worth uninstalling them or restoring to a point before them and see if that changes any of your issues. Long shot at best but just thought I would put it out there
